Praise for Ducks in a Row:
'Sue Robins is the Ted Lasso of health care advocacy, with her big-hearted, aw-heck, can-do, relentlessly optimistic approach to tackling what ails the world of health care today. Pushing us all to the best versions of ourselves in and out of the boardroom, Robins’ latest book is a must-read for anyone who needs a real-deal coach to help them stay in the game to keep decency and kindness at the heart of health care. Kick your trainers off, grab a cup of coffee, open your heart, and read this book.'
- Wendy Looman, PhD, APRN, School of Nursing, University of Minnesota
'Ducks in a Row is a brave, optimistic and thrilling call to action. It is a manifesto and a guide for transforming our health care system that importantly offers personal permission for everyone to act differently, starting today, with love.'
- Donna Thomson, Caregiver Advocate, Co-author of The Unexpected Journey of Caring and Author of The Four Walls of My Freedom
Ducks in a Row is a love letter to a healthcare rehumanized and the plan to get all of us there. It is a book of stories. It is a manual for patient advocates and healthcare managers. Above all, Sue Robins’ book is a hopeful testimony of stubborn faith in people’s capacity to care.
