Shipping Rates
Canada:
- Free shipping on orders $100+
- Standard shipping: $10 (most items under 2kg)
- Express shipping: $20
United States:
- Standard shipping: $10 (orders $100+ or items under 1.5kg)
- Standard shipping: $20 (items 1.5kg-30kg)
- Express shipping: $34.90 (items under 1.5kg)
Small Accessories (stickers, keychains):
- Canada: $7.50
- United States: $10
International:
- Standard shipping: $20 CAD
Final shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on location and order weight.
Shipping to the United States
All orders to the US ship from Canada.
Delivery Times:
- Standard shipping: 7-14 business days after processing
- Express shipping: 3-5 business days after processing
Important Information for US Customers:
- Tracking: Your tracking number works across both Canada Post and USPS. You'll see updates as your package crosses the border and is handed off to USPS for final delivery.
- Customs & Duties: You may be responsible for customs fees, import duties, or brokerage charges depending on your state and order value. These fees are determined by US customs and are not included in your order total.
- Processing: We begin processing your order within hours of submission, with tracking notifications sent when shipped and delivered.
