Shipping Policy
GoodOnU.ca ships via Canada Post and select carriers. We ship to residential addresses, businesses, and PO boxes across Canada, the United States, and internationally.
Shipping Costs
Canada:
- Free shipping on orders $100+
- Standard shipping: $10 (most items under 2kg)
- Express shipping: $20
- Small accessories (stickers, keychains): $7.50
United States: Your shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on your order's weight and destination using live carrier rates. US orders are fulfilled through Shopify Managed Markets — duties, tariffs, and taxes are calculated and collected at checkout, so there are no surprise fees at your door.
International: Your shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on your order's weight and destination using live carrier rates. Duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply depending on your country and are the responsibility of the customer.
Local Pickup — Smile Therapy (In-Person Only): Purchasing a GoodOnU product at Smile Therapy? Select the free ShopCode option at checkout. No shipping charges apply — your item is ready for you in person.
Tracking Your Order: After placing your order, you'll receive a confirmation email. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email.
Where Do We Ship From? All orders ship from Ontario, Canada L4E 4L2.
How Fast Do We Ship? Most orders are processed and shipped within 5–8 business days. Delivery times after shipping:
- Standard: 7–14 business days
- Express: 3–5 business days
Free Shipping Free standard shipping is automatically applied to Canadian orders over $100, shipped via Canada Post regular service.
