Shipping Policy
Shipping Options GoodOnU.ca ships using Canada Post. Express delivery is available via Canada Post Xpresspost. We ship to residential addresses, businesses, and PO boxes across Canada, the United States, and internationally.
Shipping Costs: Your shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination. Our standard rates:
Canada:
- Free shipping on orders $100+
- Standard shipping: $10 (most items under 2kg)
- Express shipping: $20
- Small accessories (stickers, keychains): $7.50
United States:
- Standard shipping: $10 (orders $100+ or items under 1.5kg)
- Standard shipping: $20 (items 1.5kg–30kg)
- Express shipping: $34.90 (items under 1.5kg)
International:
- Standard shipping: $20 CAD
Tracking Your Order After placing your order, you'll receive a confirmation email. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email.
Where Do We Ship From? All orders ship from Ontario, Canada L4E 4L2.
How Fast Do We Ship? Most orders are processed and shipped within 5–7 business days. If an item is delayed, we'll reach out to you directly. Delivery times after shipping:
- Standard: 7–14 business days
- Express: 3–5 business days
Shipping to the United States: All US orders ship from Canada via Canada Post and are handed off to USPS for final delivery — your tracking number works across both carriers. Please note that customs fees, import duties, or brokerage charges may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
Free Shipping Free standard shipping is automatically applied to Canadian orders over $100. Free shipping applies to Canada only and ships via Canada Post regular service.
